1.0 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nexus Truth the Sovereign AI Infrastructure Protocol. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nexus Engine the decentralized computing supercluster and the NXUS utility asset ecosystem. By downloading the Nexus Engine purchasing NXUS or deploying artificial intelligence workloads on our network you agree to be bound by these provisions in full.

2.0 Ecosystem Definitions

• Nexus Truth Network: The decentralized physical infrastructure network aggregating global processing power.
• NXUS: The single native utility token utilized for transaction settlement and compute leasing across the ecosystem.
• Nexus Engine: The proprietary desktop application that bridges consumer hardware to the decentralized supercluster.
• Provider: A user who operates the Nexus Engine to supply idle processing power to the network.
• Developer: An individual or enterprise leasing network compute power to run artificial intelligence workloads.
• Sentinel: The internal cryptographic security layer responsible for data encryption and job verification.
• Ice Age Protocol: The thermal management system designed to monitor and regulate hardware temperatures automatically.

3.0 Hardware Provision and the Ice Age Protocol

Providers who install the Nexus Engine agree to supply their idle graphical and central processing units for network tasks. The Ice Age Protocol is integrated to throttle workloads and prioritize hardware safety automatically. However the Nexus Engine is provided as is. Nexus Truth assumes no liability for localized hardware failure electrical degradation or internet bandwidth consumption resulting from network participation.

4.0 Compute Tiers and Vesting Escrows

Providers earn NXUS based on their verified hardware classification which is categorized into Tier Alpha Tier Beta and Tier Gamma. To ensure token supply stability all compute rewards are strictly subject to linear vesting escrows. Providers acknowledge that unvested tokens are locked within the smart contract architecture for the designated 30 60 or 90 day periods based on their tier.

5.0 Network Integrity and the Anti Scam Shield

The Nexus Truth network utilizes an Anti Scam Shield to prevent Sybil attacks and automated bot manipulation. Any Provider found attempting to falsify uptime telemetry submit corrupted compute data or bypass the Sentinel validation layer will face immediate and permanent blacklisting. All unvested NXUS associated with blacklisted nodes will be instantly forfeited.

6.0 Developer Obligations and Workload Routing

Developers agree to lease compute power using the standard $1.80 equivalent NXUS pricing model. Ten percent of all developer fees are permanently routed to the Burn Protocol address. Developers are strictly prohibited from submitting malicious payloads unauthorized binaries or any code intended to disrupt Provider machines. The Sentinel layer actively scans all incoming jobs and jobs failing security parameters will be rejected without a refund.

7.0 The Virtual Visa and Fiat Liquidity

The Virtual Visa Bridge allows eligible Providers to convert unlocked vested NXUS for immediate real world spending. This fiat conversion gateway exclusively activates post Initial Coin Offering. Providers acknowledge that access to the Virtual Visa infrastructure requires adherence to standard identity verification and anti money laundering protocols as mandated by our banking partners.

8.0 Intellectual Property and Proprietary Code

The core routing logic orchestrator architecture and security parameters of Nexus Truth remain strictly proprietary. You may not decompile reverse engineer or attempt to clone the Nexus Engine executable. All client facing software is distributed obfuscated to protect the integrity of the network from vampire attacks.

9.0 Limitation of Liability

Cryptographic assets and decentralized networks carry inherent risks. NXUS is a utility asset designed for ecosystem functionality. Nexus Truth makes no guarantees regarding the secondary market valuation of NXUS network uptime or exact compute profitability. You agree to hold the developers founders and operators of Nexus Truth harmless from any financial loss hardware disruption or data liability arising from your participation in the ecosystem.
